Director - Private Wealth / Capital Formation
- Lead coverage and fundraising efforts across private wealth channels in EMEA
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Single and multi‑family offices
- Private banks and wealth managers
- Select institutional investors where relevant
- Drive capital raising across private equity, infrastructure, and private credit strategies, including secondaries opportunities
- Originate new investor relationships and manage the full fundraising lifecycle
- Partner closely with GPs and internal stakeholders to position investment opportunities effectively
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings
Candidate Profile:
VP / Director‑level experience within Investor Relations, Distribution, or Capital Formation
Strong track record across private wealth fundraising / distribution
Deep relationships with family offices, private banks, and wealth managers, particularly across the UK and/or Europe
Experience across private markets, including private equity, infrastructure, and private credit
Exposure to secondaries or GP‑led solutions is a strong advantage
Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to originate and convert capital independently
