About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and client-oriented Credit Structurer to join a dynamic team within our Fixed Income (FI) and Credit Structuring division. This is a strategic role offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and global markets. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering innovative solutions for complex credit transactions, working at the intersection of sales, trading, and structuring.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our credit structuring capabilities and driving growth in a high.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Structuring: Design and implement bespoke structures across a wide range of credit products, including fixed income trades, repacks, credit derivatives (embedded and standalone), and hybrid instruments.
- Sales: Partner with the sales force to provide pricing, structuring, and distribution expertise for complex transactions, ensuring competitive and innovative solutions for clients.
- Tool Development: Enhance and maintain internal pricing tools; coding proficiency (Python preferred) is essential to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Trading desks to deliver tailored solutions that align with market opportunities and client objectives.
- Pricing & Risk Management: Take ownership of the pricing component of trades, with a strong understanding of XVA and risk-adjusted returns.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, responding to structuring requests, presenting trade ideas, and building long-term relationships.
Profile Requirements
- Experience: 6-10 years in Credit Structuring or related Fixed Income roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ideally supported by an engineering or technical academic background.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of credit products, pricing methodologies, and structured solutions, including tranches and hybrids.
- Coding Skills: Proficiency in Python (or similar languages) to enhance internal tools and develop scalable solutions.
- Execution Capability: Ability to manage high volumes of trade requests under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
