They are seeking a Vice President to join the Banks & Broker Dealers team, managing exposure to a diverse client base including banks, broker dealers, fintechs, credit unions, and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage exposure to a diverse portfolio of financial institutions.
- Lead due diligence, transaction structuring, and credit evaluations.
- Demonstrate sound credit judgment and effective risk monitoring.
- Oversee transaction execution, including client analysis and credit approval.
- Train, mentor, and manage junior credit officers and analysts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of credit risk experience within financial services.

- Experience negotiating loan and trading documentation.
- Familiarity with credit agreements and market products documentation.
