As a Vice President in the Banks & Broker Dealers team, you will manage exposure to a diverse client base, including banks, broker dealers, fintechs, credit unions, and other financial entities. This role offers the opportunity to lead credit analysis, structure complex transactions, and mentor junior team members in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee credit exposure to a wide range of financial institutions.
- Lead due diligence efforts and evaluate credit requests with sound judgment.
- Structure transactions and manage daily risk demands.
- Execute transactions and oversee client analysis and credit approvals.
- Mentor and develop junior credit officers and analysts.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships across teams.
- Monitor client developments and communicate key updates to stakeholders.
- Stay current on economic trends and regulatory changes.
- Contribute to strategic projects and process enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in credit risk within financial services.

- Solid understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
