Overview
Global bank seeking a Corporate FX Structuring Associate to support Americas coverage (primarily U.S. corporates). This is a solutions-focused role, partnering with FX Sales to design and deliver tailored hedging strategies-not a trading seat or desk extension.
Responsibilities
- Structure and package custom FX hedging solutions for corporate clients
- Translate derivatives pricing into client-ready strategies alongside Sales
- Assess legal, accounting, and balance sheet implications of transactions
- Help shape client messaging and stakeholder communication (incl. shareholders)
- Support client engagement and marketing efforts
Profile
- 1-3 years' experience in FX, rates, or derivatives (Analyst-early AVP)
- Strong derivatives pricing knowledge
- Background in FX Sales, Trading, Structuring, or Rates
- Commercial and client-oriented - able to "sell to sales" and grow into client-facing role
- Interested in holistic solutions (structuring, packaging, and communication), not risk-taking
