Corporate Finance Specialist
Currently representing a global investment manager seeking a Corporate Finance specialist for their Business Development Company. This individual will be responsible for maintaining liquidity, ensuring proper capital allocation and mitigating risk. This role is modeling heavy and will need to ensure financial stability at the firm.

COMP : $140-190k base
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain liquidity and risk management models with daily/weekly balance sheet that incorporates fund liquidity sources
- Stress testing for investor redemption's, changes in market conditions, covenant compliance and leverage.
- Build and maintain internal projection model (3 statement model) to estimate earnings and manage the liquidity, leverage and capital needs of the business.
- Manage credit facilities in collaboration with other teams, including monitoring of borrowing base and covenant compliance for the BDC's debt facilities.
- Support the execution of financing transactions, including rating agency processes, revolver amendment activities and unsecured bond offerings, through KPI analyses and preparation of presentation materials.

Qualifications:
- 6-12 years of experience in financial services
- Bachelors Degree
- constructing and analyzing three statement projection models
- Excellent written communication
- Working knowledge of the 40 act
- BDC experience
