Overview
We are partnering with a publicly traded, market-leading oil and gas services company that plays a critical role in supporting the safe, reliable production and transportation of natural gas and oil across the United States. Backed by a strong balance sheet and institutional investors, the company operates a high-quality, large-scale asset base and is known for operational excellence, financial discipline, and long-term growth focus.
This team is looking to add a Corporate Development Manager, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with executive leaders in executing end-to-end M&A processes, driving strategic decision making through organic and inorganic growth and getting the chance to interact with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships aligned with long-term growth objectives
* Build and maintain detailed financial models to support transaction evaluation and investment decisions
* Coordinate and execute comprehensive due diligence processes in partnership with internal stakeholders and external advisors
* Prepare investment committee and board-level materials related to strategic transactions
Qualifications
* 4-6 years of investment banking experience, ideally with strong M&A exposure
* Transaction experience across buy-side and/or sell-side processes
* Oil & gas, energy, or asset-heavy services industry experience strongly preferred
* Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently and interact effectively with senior leadership
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business
