Established in 1978, it designs, builds, owns, and operates customized workforce housing communities that support a wide range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, government, and defense. They are adding a Corporate Development Associate to their rapidly growing team in Houston, Texas as they continue to accelerate their strategic initiatives. As the Corporate Development Associate you will have a direct impact on the companies strategic growth in a high-paced environment.
Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for:
- Develop financial models used for growth and comparison
- Drive forecasting accuracy, revenue and royalty, investment analysis, to inform executive decision making
- Work cross functionally to support teams
- Support strategic projects
Corporate Development Associate should have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of Investment Banking experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Ability to build complex financial models
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
