Transaction Banking - Client Services Officer
We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused individual to join the Transaction Banking Client Services team. This role supports corporate clients across payments, cash management, and electronic banking services, ensuring smooth onboarding, system setup, and day‑to‑day service delivery.
What does the role involve?
- Provide client servicing and support for transaction banking products, handling customer enquiries and resolving issues independently.
- Assist corporate clients with activation and usage of electronic banking and fund transfer services, including system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support the implementation of new services, platform enhancements, and product upgrades.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Front Office and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of transaction banking services.
- Support business objectives by helping drive customer adoption, transaction growth, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in executing product and service‑related promotional activities or client communication initiatives.
- Prepare transaction reports, dashboards, and related management information (MI); maintain accurate customer records and data.
- Complete tasks related to regulatory and internal policy compliance, ensuring high standards of accuracy and control.
What experience do you need?
- Experience in client servicing, transaction banking, cash management, payments, or corporate banking support preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client enquiries professionally and independently.
- Comfortable supporting electronic banking systems, client onboarding, and system configuration.
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Cantonese & English language capability preferred.
