- Lead and scale international operations across Southeast Asia.
- Drive operational excellence across regional offices (Singapore, China, Thailand, Malaysia) and shape the backbone of their business in Asia.
- Manage financial planning and analysis for the business.
- Build and streamline the corporate functions including finance, operations and governance.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in operations management or general management, preferably in banking software, fintech or enterprise tech.
- Strong finance acumen; background in finance or accounting is a must.
- Proven experience in cross-border operations and managing multicultural teams.
- Comfortable working in early-stage or high-growth environment.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Energetic, adaptable, proactive, resourceful, and dependable.
