We're partnering with a high-growth digital asset trading and liquidity firm seeking a Business Development professional to help expand its institutional footprint across the U.S.
The firm operates across proprietary trading, liquidity provision, OTC markets, and structured trading solutions, working with a wide range of counterparties throughout the digital asset ecosystem. The team is composed of experienced crypto-native professionals with deep expertise across trading, market structure, and digital asset infrastructure.
This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth. Rather than stepping into a mature organization with a large commercial team already in place, you'll play an active role in helping shape the firm's U.S. expansion efforts, influence its go-to-market strategy, and build key institutional relationships from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships across the institutional digital asset landscape
- Identify and close partnership opportunities with exchanges, trading firms, funds, token issuers, and other market participants
- Manage opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation and execution
- Partner closely with traders to design solutions that address client objectives
- Expand existing relationships and uncover additional revenue opportunities
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and meetings
- Provide market feedback and client insights to help inform commercial strategy
- Prior experience at a market maker or OTC desk*
- U.S. work authorization*
- Experience within digital assets, institutional trading, market structure, or financial markets
- Background in business development, partnerships, institutional sales, account management, or client coverage
- Strong understanding of crypto markets and institutional participants
- Ability to build relationships and navigate complex commercial discussions
- Experience working with counterparties such as hedge funds, asset managers, exchanges, market makers, trading firms, or token projects
- Existing industry network strongly preferred
