Our client is a well-established player within the global logistics and e-commerce solutions space, operating across multiple international markets. They specialise in enabling seamless cross-border shipping and digital logistics services for a diverse portfolio of clients.
This is a customer-facing IT Integration Consultant role responsible for delivering end-to-end system integrations between external clients, logistics partners, and internal platforms. You will act as a key liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, system connectivity, and ongoing platform performance.
- Lead the onboarding and integration of clients via APIs, web portals, SFTP, and e-commerce plugins
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners during integration projects
- Coordinate integration activities from requirements gathering through testing and production rollout
- Design and recommend efficient, scalable integration processes and solutions
- Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of platform integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to APIs, data formats (JSON, CSV), and connectivity
- Ensure accurate documentation, incident tracking, and system setup management
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with developers and product teams
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in system integration, APIs, or related technical roles
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, data formats (JSON, CSV), and integration methodologies
- Experience with full integration lifecycle (design, testing, deployment)
- Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to manage technical issues independently
- Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Business-minded with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
