Associate - Industrial Real Estate Investments | Frankfurt
Key Responsibilities
- Support the origination, underwriting, and execution of industrial and logistics real estate investments across Germany and selected European markets
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis, scenario modelling)
- Conduct market research and asset-level analysis, including tenant, location, and macro trends
- Assist in due diligence processes, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors (legal, technical, tax)
- Prepare high-quality investment committee materials and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Support ongoing asset management initiatives, including business plan execution, leasing strategies, and refinancing processes
- Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to investor reporting
Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment management, real estate investment banking, or advisory
- Strong exposure to industrial / logistics assets preferred (but not essential)
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of German real estate markets
- Strong academic background in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
