What You'll Do

Support asset management and investment initiatives across a portfolio of office and retail properties
Build and maintain complex Argus and Excel models
Conduct valuation, hold/sell, leasing, and cash flow analyses
Assist with dispositions, refinancings, debt transactions, and due diligence processes
Develop property-level business plans and investment strategies
Partner with teams across leasing, development, property management, and finance to drive asset performance
Evaluate investment returns, capital allocation decisions, and portfolio optimization opportunities

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in real estate investing, asset management, investment banking, brokerage, or a related field
Advanced Excel and Argus Enterprise modeling skills
Strong understanding of real estate valuation, underwriting, IRR, and cash flow analysis
Experience reviewing leases, debt documents, and transaction materials
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline preferred
