Location: Hong Kong, APAC

Overview:

A leading global multi-strategy investment platform is seeking an APAC Treasury Trader to join its regional treasury function. Reporting directly to the Head of Treasury, an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, the role will focus on treasury management, funding optimization, liquidity management, and financing activities across APAC markets. This is an opportunity to join one of the world's top-performing investment platforms with significant global scale and institutional infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily treasury funding and liquidity management activities across APAC markets.
Manage financing requirements across multiple trading strategies and asset classes.
Monitor cash positions, funding utilization, and collateral movements.
Support securities financing, repo, and prime brokerage relationships.
Develop and optimize funding strategies to improve capital efficiency.
Coordinate closely with portfolio managers, trading teams, operations, and counterparties.
Support treasury-related projects, process enhancements, and risk management initiatives.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in treasury trading, equity finance trading, or front-office trading roles.
Strong exposure to treasury products, financing markets, securities lending, repo, or liquidity management activities.
Experience gained at a leading hedge fund, asset manager, proprietary trading firm, or top-tier investment bank.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel required, with Python, VBA, or SQL viewed favorably.
Strong English communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced institutional trading environment with strong attention to detail.
