They're looking for a Lead Actuary to serve as the primary actuarial voice in the company and help drive major strategic decisions. The two key requirements are strong annuity experience and deep expertise with GGY AXIS.

Product Development & Pricing
* Lead pricing/design of MYGA, FIA, RILA, payout annuities, GLWB
* Build pricing models and assumptions
* Evaluate features, riders, and crediting strategies
* Support Life and A&H pricing
Actuarial Modeling & Financial Analysis
* Develop Moody's AXIS models
* Produce pro formas and projections
* Analyze statutory, GAAP, and management results
Experience Studies & Assumptions
* Lead mortality, lapse, expense, and behavior studies
* Update and document assumptions
ALM & Risk Management
* Lead ALM and cash‑flow testing (14 scenarios)
* Assess key market, rate, credit, and longevity risks
Reinsurance & Settlements
* Support reinsurance design and evaluation
* Review settlement statements
Regulatory & Statutory Reporting
* Lead actuarial support for RBC, memos, opinions, schedules
* Support audits, exams, and inquiries
Technology & Data
* Improve models, automation, and controls
* Use advanced Excel for modeling
* Collaborate on system and data enhancements
Leadership & Communication
* Actuarial SME for key products
* Communicate insights to leadership
* Maintain documentation and controls
Qualifications
* 5-10 years actuarial experience; FSA preferred
* Deep annuity expertise (MYGA, FIA, RILA, payout, GLWB)
* Life/A&H experience preferred
* Strong product development, AXIS, and Excel skills
* Experience with studies, statements, ALM, reinsurance
* Strong analytical and communication skills
