Accounts & Finance Senior Manager
About the company:
- Singapore based single family office
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, audit, tax, and finance control related matters.
- Oversee full set of accounts
- Prepare and review month-end and year-end closing
- Conduct financial analysis to support initiatives and investment decisions
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, government authorities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and tax filing requirements
- Support system and process enhancement projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 10+ years of finance experience related to investments, including private equity, real estate, equities and fixed income, with significant experience within financial institutions
- Experience in accounting, finance operations, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Professional accounting certification preferred
