Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a large, privately backed, consumer‑facing entertainment and hospitality platform with a global footprint. They are looking for a Accounting Manager to oversee the company's lease accounting activities, ensuring accurate recognition, reporting, and compliance with applicable accounting standards such as ASC 842.This role manages the full lease lifecycle-from onboarding and modifications to reconciliations and disclosures-while maintaining data integrity within lease accounting systems.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities
- Own and lead lease accounting under ASC 842/GASB, serving as the technical subject‑matter expert
- Manage the full lease lifecycle and data integrity in LeaseQuery
- Review lease journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, and disclosures
- Partner with internal teams and external auditors to support reporting and audits
Accounting Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA or public accounting experience required
- 5+ years of accounting experience with hands‑on ASC 842 exposure
