Role Summary:
This role is focused on driving fund sales to DFMs, wealth managers, and model portfolio providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, securing fund approvals, and supporting ongoing engagement to grow assets under management. The firm's product range includes defined return funds and bespoke structured solutions, offering differentiated value to professional investors seeking capital growth, income, and downside protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for the UK DFM segment
- Engage with investment gatekeepers, analysts, and portfolio managers to promote fund solutions
- Deliver presentations and product updates, articulating fund structure, performance, and risk characteristics
- Navigate fund approval processes and inclusion in model portfolios
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approach
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in fund sales or structured product distribution to DFMs or wealth managers
- Strong understanding of defined return strategies, UCITS structures, and professional investment processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- FCA-regulated experience preferred but not essential
