Systematic Credit Trader - Market Making
- Build and manage systematic or semi systematic strategies across cash credit and credit derivatives with a focus on HFT and market making.
- Trade instruments such as corporate bonds, credit index futures, CDX, iTraxx, single name CDS, TRS, and index or tranche products.
- Develop microstructure informed signals, pricing models, and execution logic that support competitive quoting and liquidity provision.
- Partner with engineers to improve low latency systems, enhance automation, and optimize execution performance.
- Monitor real time PnL and risk, adjust parameters quickly, and respond to fast moving market conditions.
- Use data analysis to refine signals, measure strategy health, and identify new sources of edge.
- Experience trading or researching systematic or semi systematic strategies within credit or fixed income.
- Strong understanding of corporate bond and credit derivative microstructure, liquidity patterns, and pricing.
- Programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
- Ability to work closely with researchers and engineers on low latency and market making systems.
- Comfort owning strategies at scale and making fast, informed decisions in a high performance environment.
- A track record of impact within high performing trading teams.
