  • Validate pricing, valuation, and performance calculations across complex financial products and trading strategies.
  • Develop testing approaches for AI and machine learning solutions, including model validation, regression testing, output verification, and performance monitoring.
  • Build automated evaluation tools for internal AI-powered applications and workflow automation initiatives.
  • Create realistic simulation environments to test platform behavior during periods of heavy system activity, market volatility, and unusual event-driven scenarios.

Requirements

  • Prior experience supporting financial technology, capital markets, trading platforms, or other highly transactional systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience testing distributed, event-driven, or real-time applications.
  • Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks such as PyTest, JUnit, TestNG, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of automated API, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with messaging technologies, streaming platforms, or low-latency systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to derivatives, options, risk management systems, or financial analytics.
  • Experience validating AI/ML models or data-driven applications.
  • Knowledge of trading workflows, order management systems, or electronic execution environments.
