Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend applications and distributed systems.
- Build and optimize infrastructure capable of supporting high-throughput transaction processing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system architecture.
- Drive engineering best practices across software development, testing, observability, and deployment.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in large-scale production environments.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy.
- Mentor engineers and help foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, Scala, or C++.
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with microservices and cloud-native development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within fintech, payments, financial services, or blockchain technology.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience working with real-time, event-driven, or high-availability systems.
- Familiarity with large-scale transaction processing environments.
