Senior FP&A Manager (m/f/d) | €110,000 - €120,000 | Munich
My client is an innovative and rapidly growing international technology company based in Munich. Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of strategic financial planning, business performance management, and the further development of the finance function.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead complex budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Develop and maintain integrated financial models covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Drive project and portfolio controlling across multiple business initiatives
- Prepare executive, board and investor reporting packages
- Build and refine KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems
- Support group-wide consolidation and reporting activities
- Lead scenario planning, liquidity forecasting and cash runway analysis
- Develop and improve cost allocation, project controlling and transfer pricing structures
- Drive automation and standardization of FP&A processes and reporting
- Act as a strategic finance business partner to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Provide financial insights to support growth initiatives, future financing activities and strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Corporate Controlling or Project Controlling
- Proven track record in financial planning, business partnering and performance management
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, HGB and IFRS
- Excellent financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP, BI and reporting platforms
- Experience in a high-growth, international or technology-driven environment is advantageous
- Ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders
- Fluent English skills (working language)
- German skills sufficient to comfortably participate in everyday office conversations
