Senior Cost Controller - Manufacturing (m/f/d)
Our client is an international manufacturing business who are currently looking to hire a Senior Cost Controller at group level to support their growing finance function in their Headquarters in the Siegen area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role with responsibility across multiple international entities, working closely with senior management and operations.
The Role
- Group-level cost controlling and performance analysis across international production sites
- Ownership of KPI reporting, cost analysis, and variance tracking
- Involvement in product costing, inventory valuation, and efficiency improvements
- Acting as a key business partner to operations and management
- Opportunity to support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and transformation projects
Your Background
- 3-5 years' experience in controlling within manufacturing / industrial environments
- Strong understanding of cost controlling, KPIs, and production-related finance topics
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and data/reporting tools
- Must have fluent German and strong English skills
