Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager Team Lead
Location: Tempe, AZ in office
An established independent P&C agency is looking to add a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a growing book of business and act as a team lead. This role sits close to the production side, working with a highly involved broker while maintaining the ability to manage accounts independently when needed.
You will step into an existing book of roughly $750K in revenue with a clear path to grow beyond $1M.
What you will do
- Manage and service a generalist commercial book with a focus on construction and associations or property risks
- Handle renewals, marketing, and carrier communication directly
- Support a highly involved producer while maintaining autonomy to run accounts end to end
- Delegate tasks and provide oversight to junior team members as needed
- Help support the continued growth of the book
What they are looking for
- 5 to 10 years of commercial lines account management experience
- Strong agency background preferred from independent brokerages
- Experience across construction, habitational, or property driven accounts
- Ability to manage a book independently and communicate with carriers directly
- Leadership mindset with the ability to delegate and guide others
- EPIC system experience preferred

- Salary range: $80K to $105K base
- In office role based in Tempe near ASU
- Strong internal support and growth of book already in place
