Zur Unterstützung des weiteren Ausbaus suchen wir erfahrene Fach- und Führungskräfte, die aktiv mitgestalten möchten - sowohl gestandene Teamleiter (m/w/d) als auch Senior Accountants (m/w/d), die den nächsten Schritt gehen wollen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Führung oder perspektivische Führung eines kleinen Accounting‑Teams
→ Die Position eignet sich sowohl für erfahrene Teamleiter als auch für Senior Accountants, die sich in Richtung Leadership entwickeln möchten - Laufende (vorbereitende) Buchhaltung und operative Betreuung des Tagesgeschäfts
- Mitarbeit an Monats‑, Quartals‑ und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Analyse und Aufbereitung von Kostenstrukturen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management zu Accounting‑ und Reportingthemen sowie mit externen Steuerberatern
- Mitwirkung an Projekten rund um Finance, Systemoptimierung und Prozessautomatisierung im internationalen Umfeld
Ihr Profil
- Relevante Erfahrung im Accounting oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung (Big Four oder Mittelstand von Vorteil)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance/Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit HGB
- Sehr gute Excel‑Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Motivation, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln
- Sicherer Umgang mit einem gängigen Buchhaltungssystem, idealerweise DATEV
- Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss - entscheidend ist die Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich weiterzuentwickeln
