Risk Advisor
This team is redefining how risk is managed-combining advisory expertise with proprietary technology and automation to deliver a faster, more strategic client experience.
This role will be on-site in NYC or Philly.
What You'll Do:
- Own client relationships end-to-end, delivering high-touch advisory and service
- Analyze risk exposures and develop tailored insurance solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with growth, product, and operations teams
- Build scalable playbooks to standardize and elevate client delivery
- Track key client metrics to identify growth and optimization opportunities
What You Bring:
- 2-7 years of experience in commercial insurance, risk, or client advisory
- Strong ability to lead client-facing conversations and presentations
- Analytical mindset with experience evaluating coverage, risk, and cost trade-offs
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally curious with a desire to become a trusted advisor to clients
