Role Overview:
We are seeking a Quantitative Developer to join a portfolio management team specializing in systematic credit and related markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact technology initiatives while collaborating closely with researchers and traders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software tools for strategy research and trading operations.
  • Enhance systems for data ingestion, processing, and visualization.
  • Support execution platforms, live monitoring dashboards, and P&L reconciliation tools.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, job orchestration frameworks, and other infrastructure components.
  • Ensure system reliability and performance; proactively address and resolve technical issues.
  • Work closely with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and trading professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing trading or research infrastructure within a financial setting, or equivalent technical expertise.
  • Experience with execution systems, real-time data platforms, and visualization tools is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems, including process management and shell scripting.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in object-oriented programming, testing frameworks, and environment management.
  • Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and Apache Airflow.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of ownership and commitment to ethical standards.
