The Family Office Analyst (or Associate) plays a pivotal role in supporting the investment and client service objectives of a specialized advisory team serving ultra-high-net-worth clients. This position is responsible for producing high-quality analytical outputs that enable advisors to deliver exceptional guidance and recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Investment Analysis & Presentation Support: Conduct detailed investment research and analysis, prepare client-ready presentations, and develop compelling visuals to support advisory discussions.
- Client Service Coordination: Act as a liaison between the advisor and the client, proactively identifying service needs, prompting for necessary inputs, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Relationship Management: Help manage the cadence of client interactions by anticipating needs and facilitating smooth communication and workflow between stakeholders.
- Infrastructure Development: Contribute to the ongoing buildout of internal processes, tools, and systems that enhance the efficiency and scalability of the family office platform.
- Business Development Support: Assist in prospecting efforts by preparing materials and conducting research to support new client acquisition and strategic growth initiatives.
