- Statistical Arbitrage & Factor Models
- High-Frequency Market Making in Crypto Futures
- Volatility & Derivatives Trading
- Machine Learning / AI-Driven Approaches
- Token Long/Short - Systematic, Factor-Based, or Market-Neutral
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage systematic trading strategies across digital asset markets
- Conduct alpha research using large datasets and advanced modeling techniques
- Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to optimize execution
- Monitor strategy performance and adjust models based on market conditions
- Stay informed on crypto market structure, exchange dynamics, and emerging trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of live trading track record in quantitative or systematic strategies
- Strong programming skills (Python, C++, or similar) and experience with data analysis tools
- Deep understanding of market microstructure, derivatives, and statistical modeling
- Experience with machine learning or AI-driven approaches is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
Compensation:
