Position Overview:
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial statements for site leadership
- Own and maintain the site profit and loss statement in accordance with accounting standards
- Perform detailed analysis of sales, product costs, manufacturing expenses, and operational variances
- Provide financial insights to support decision making, process improvements, and performance optimization
- Lead annual budgeting processes, including manufacturing costs and departmental expense budgets
- Support development and presentation of budgeted financial results
- Partner with plant leadership and operations to understand business drivers and financial impacts
- Support audits, year‑end close activities, and internal controls
- Contribute to plant business process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CFA Preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Ability to prepare and present executive‑level financial presentations
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, timely, and consistent financial information
