We're partnering with a leading global investment firm to hire a Mobility Tax Manager supporting APAC. This is a specialist role focused on employment tax, global mobility and cross-border workforce matters across multiple jurisdictions.
The business has a highly international employee population, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex tax and mobility issues while working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and Reward teams.
What does the role involve?
* Managing employment tax and payroll compliance across multiple APAC jurisdictions
* Assessing tax and permanent establishment risks arising from employee mobility
* Supporting business traveller and cross-border worker compliance programmes
* Advising on employee benefits, deferred compensation and equity-based incentives
* Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors across the region
* Supporting wider mobility, governance and people tax projects as the business continues to grow
What experience do you need?
* Strong knowledge of employment tax and internationally mobile employee populations
* The ability to manage stakeholders across multiple countries and functions
* A practical, commercial approach to problem solving
