(Junior) Risk Manager (m/f/d) Operational & Enterprise Risk
We have a current opportunity for a (Junior) Risk Manager (m/f/d) for Operational & Enterprise Risk on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Frankfurt am Main.
What We Are Looking For:
- Educational Background: A completed master's degree in economics, business administration, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Preferably some professional experience or internships in operational risk management or enterprise risk management (ERM), along with a basic understanding of banking regulations.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and structured approach to work with a focus on solutions.
- High affinity for data and data analysis.
- Proactive, hands-on mentality and a team player.
- Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, and familiarity with tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Your Responsibilities:
- Risk Monitoring: Oversee the bank's risk situation and profile, and prepare detailed reports, analyses, and scenarios for effective risk management.
- Risk Management Development: Enhance operational risk management, support ERM, and develop measures for overall bank management.
- Task Coordination: Manage tasks related to ICAAP, ILAAP, and IRRBB, ensuring the methods used are appropriate.
- Strategic Participation: Contribute to the development of risk strategies, internal policies, business planning, and risk-bearing capacity calculations.
- Regulatory Analysis: Analyze regulatory requirements (e.g., CRR, MaRisk) and collaborate with other departments to implement necessary measures.
