IT Infrastructure Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Provide deskside and backend technical support to end users.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange environments, including Exchange Online and Exchange 2016.
- Oversee Azure Cloud infrastructure, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Disaster Recovery, Entra, Intune, and Blob Storage.
- Maintain on‑premises Windows Server infrastructure, data backup operations, and hybrid cloud synchronisation.
- Perform daily SFTP fund data monitoring using IPSwitch.
- Support Cisco technologies including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Wi‑Fi, RedBox, and Cisco routing/switching.
- Handle cybersecurity tasks such as penetration testing and tools like Darktrace, SentinelOne, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Nessus, and KnowBe4.
- Maintain server room operations, including fire/water detection and office security systems.
- Work independently and manage tasks effectively under pressure.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the financial industry.
- Relevant certifications are highly preferred:
- Server/Cloud: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Expert, CompTIA Cloud+, Server+
- Network/Security: CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, CISSP, Fortinet
- Experience with Bloomberg and familiarity with SFC Type 1, 4, or 9 regulated activities is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
