Company Summary:
Our client is a rapidly growing institutional investment management firm seeking an Investor Relations & Marketing Analyst to support fundraising, investor communications, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and gain broad exposure across investor relations, client communications, marketing, and operations within a collaborative investment management environment.
The Investor Relations & Marketing Analyst will be responsible for:
- Completing and managing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, consultant questionnaires, and due diligence requests.
- Supporting investor communications, including quarterly reports, portfolio updates, market commentary, and customized client materials.
- Maintaining and organizing the firm's CRM system, investor data room, and content library.
- Creating and updating marketing materials, pitch books, presentations, website content, and social media communications.
- Coordinating responses to investor, consultant, and prospective client inquiries.
- Assisting with fundraising initiatives, investor events, conferences, and marketing campaigns.
- Partnering with investment, operations, and investor relations teams to ensure all investor-facing materials are accurate and compliant.
- Supporting process improvement and technology initiatives across the investor relations function.
The Investor Relations & Marketing Analyst should have the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in investor relations, asset management, financial services, institutional sales support, consulting, or marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex investment concepts clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience supporting RFPs, DDQs, fundraising activities, investor communications, or client reporting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Interest in institutional investing, private markets, and capital raising.
