Investment Banking Vice President - Industrials - NYC/Baltimore
What You'll Be Doing
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join our Investment Banking team in New York or Baltimore with a focus on the Diversified Industrials & Services sector. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in complex financial transactions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is keen to work hard in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at one time. Experience running sell-side M&A transactions is a must.
What We're Looking For
- Lead execution of M&A, recapitalization, and capital raises (debt and equity) transactions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering financial solutions.
- Oversee the development of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
- Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings.

Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree
- Minimum Required: 3 to 6 years investment banking experience
Licenses & Credentials
- Minimum Required: FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 79, Series 63)
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
