Responsibilities of the Investment Banking Associate
- Conduct in-depth industry and market research to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
- Build and refine detailed financial models to support valuation and deal structuring.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documents.
- Manage live M&A processes, including due diligence and negotiations.
- Work closely with senior bankers and directly interface with clients throughout deal execution.
Qualifications for the Investment Banking Associate
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Sector experience in IT services or professional services preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a client-first mindset.
