Für eine international tätige Unternehmensgruppe suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Group Accounting, die Verantwortung übernimmt und die Weiterentwicklung zentraler Accounting‑Themen aktiv vorantreibt.
In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit dem CFO zusammen und sind maßgeblich an der finanziellen Steuerung der Unternehmensgruppe beteiligt.
🎯 Ihre Aufgaben
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzbuchhaltungsteams im Group-Umfeld
- Gesamtverantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Aufbau und Harmonisierung gruppenweiter Accounting-Standards, Prozesse und Richtlinien
- Aktive Rolle in ERP-, Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten im Rechnungswesen
👤 Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Group Accounting oder Konzernrechnungswesen
- Sehr fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach local GAAP
- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für Prozesse, Qualität und Themenführerschaft zu übernehmen
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung eines kleinen Teams
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im internationalen Unternehmensumfeld
