FX Trader
- Manage and develop the firm's FX trading capabilities across key currency markets.
- Provide market-making, pricing, and execution services for client flow.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities while managing risk and maintaining strong trading discipline.
- Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the FX business.
- Partner with senior management on initiatives to expand product coverage and client penetration.
- Proven experience in FX trading within a bank, securities firm, or financial institution.
- Strong market-making and client-facing trading experience.
- Expertise in one or more of the following currencies: CNY, CNH, HKD, and USD.
- Solid understanding of risk management, liquidity management, and market dynamics.
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment and contribute to business growth.
- Leadership potential with the capability to take on broader responsibilities as the platform expands.
