We are seeking an experienced Fixed Income Futures Quant Trader to join its growing European team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of strategy development and trading performance within a highly entrepreneurial and intellectually stimulating environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, developing, and deploying systematic trading strategies across global fixed income futures markets while working alongside a team of accomplished quantitative professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance systematic trading strategies across fixed income futures markets
- Collaborate with researchers and technologists to implement and optimise trading models
- Monitor live trading systems and evaluate strategy performance
- Manage risk and take ownership of trading outcomes and profitability
- Explore new products, markets, and trading opportunities across the platform
Requirements
- Experience trading or researching fixed income futures markets
- Demonstrated success developing systematic or quantitative trading strategies
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or a similar language
- Excellent quantitative, mathematical, and statistical modelling capabilities
- Experience working with large datasets and research-driven investment processes
- Strong understanding of electronic trading and market microstructure
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
