Equity Capital Markets Analyst/ Associate

The team advises corporate issuers on a wide range of equity financing solutions and has continued to build momentum through a strong pipeline of transactions across Greater China and Southeast Asia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Support the end-to-end delivery of equity fundraising transactions across Asian markets.
- Work alongside senior ECM professionals on active mandates, managing key workstreams throughout the transaction process.
- Coordinate with issuers, investors, legal advisers, accountants, and internal stakeholders during deal execution.
- Prepare transaction materials, investor-facing presentations, market updates, and analysis for both execution and origination activities.
- Monitor capital markets developments, investor sentiment, and sector trends to support strategic advice provided to clients.
- Contribute to the evaluation of potential fundraising opportunities and participate in client discussions where appropriate.
- Assist with transaction marketing efforts and execution logistics for public equity offerings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience within Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or a related advisory environment.
- Proven involvement in live ECM transactions, with hands-on execution experience being essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred due to the regional nature of the role.
- Candidates from investment banks, securities firms, or other capital markets-focused institutions are encouraged to apply.
- Less than 2 years of experience might offer an Analyst title.
