The firm manages over $20B+ in assets and invests across all stages, from early‑stage venture through buyout and public markets. This role focuses on expanding the firm's relationships with Western LPs and introducing U.S.-based institutional and HNW investors to high‑growth opportunities across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with institutional investors, family offices, wealth channels, and HNW allocators across the U.S.
  • Proactively source new investor relationships through outbound outreach, networking, and existing contacts.
  • Introduce Western LPs to Asia‑based investment opportunities across technology, innovation, and market‑leading sectors.
  • Lead and support fundraising processes across multiple strategies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for LP inquiries, updates, and ongoing communication.
  • Prepare and respond to DDQs, RFPs, quarterly reporting, and investor requests with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner closely with investment teams to communicate fund performance, portfolio insights, and broader market developments.
  • Work closely with IR leadership in Asia to coordinate fundraising initiatives and ensure global alignment.
  • Provide market intelligence on U.S. LP trends, allocator behavior, and capital flows into Asia.
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials, roadshow agendas, and investor events.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of investor relations, fundraising, private capital distribution, or LP‑facing experience within private equity, venture capital, hedge funds/alternatives, or asset management.
  • Strong relationships across U.S. institutional investors, family offices, and UHNW allocators.
  • Proven ability to originate new LP relationships; beyond account management.
  • Prior exposure to APAC markets is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to articulate complex investment strategies to sophisticated, global LPs.
  • Highly organized with experience producing DDQs, reporting packages, and LP deliverables.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, globally integrated environment.
