Chief of Staff/Investment Strategist
- Supporting business development efforts by preparing investor presentation materials, conducting market research, and deepening relationships with investors
- Partnering closely with the CEO on internal and external communications including preparing meeting materials and ensuring timely execution of business initiatives
- Managing and responding to ODD and IDD requests
- Working on ad hoc industry whitepapers and portfolio allocation matters
- Monitoring industry developments and emerging investment themes
- Participating in ad hoc projects and initiatives to contribute to firm growth
- At least 3 years of experience in an investor relations or product specialist seat at an asset manager or hedge fund
- Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded university
- Exceptional analytical and Excel skills
- Strong understanding of quant finance, the systematic investment process, portfolio solutions, and public returns
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Dynamo)
