A leading U.S. alternative asset manager with a multi‑strategy platform is seeking an Associate to sit on their Coinvestment team. The firm focuses on identifying differentiated private‑market opportunities, particularly in the U.S. middle market, and seeks to generate strong, long‑term investment performance for its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and company/industry research for prospective co‑investment opportunities
- Support end‑to‑end deal processes, including due diligence, memo preparation, and portfolio monitoring
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, credit, or related fields
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Excellent communication and project‑management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
