Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead employment law matters across the group and its subsidiaries
- Advise HR and leadership on individual and collective labor law topics
- Support and guide negotiations with works councils
- Manage legal proceedings and coordinate with external counsel
- Develop internal policies and standards related to labor law
- Contribute legal expertise to strategic projects, especially those tied to growth and transformation
Your Profile
- Fully qualified lawyer (First and Second State Examination)
- Strong knowledge of employment and works constitution law
- Bonus: familiarity with corporate or commercial law
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in-house or in private practice
- Clear communicator with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Reliable, organized, and confident in a fast-paced environment
