Senior Data Engineer - Solana

A rapidly growing crypto startup is pushing the boundaries of DeFi by allowing users to unify their borrowing power across multiple lending venues, fully on-chain. For the first time, simple yield farmers and sophisticated traders alike can combine lending positions across platforms to unlock greater capital efficiency.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data pipelines, infrastructure, and backend applications

• Monitor and optimize key business metrics (liquidity, rates, user actions)

• Work on risk modeling, oracles, and market parameters

• Transform raw data into meaningful insights for decision-making

• Ensure applications and infrastructure remain reliable and scalable

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of hands-on Solana experience (deploying, indexing, building) - other crypto/web3 also considered

• 2-5 years working with data pipelines (Sqlmesh, DBT, or similar)

• Strong math skills, with the ability to perform complex calculations (e.g. risk analysis)

• Infrastructure & Kubernetes experience (Terraform, Pulumi, IaC) preferred

• Rust experience preferred

• Familiarity with crypto price data and oracle systems
