C++ Developer - API FinTech (Candidate must be based in Poland)
Location: Remote in Poland. Candidate must be based in Poland.
Salary: 19,000 - 25,285.97 PLN, based on experience
We are representing a leading global provider of financial trading technology, that is expanding its C++ API Integration team.
Role Overview:
As a Middle/Senior C++ Developer, you will play a key role in optimizing high-performance trading systems, handling large data volumes, and integrating APIs for low-latency trading. You will collaborate with the team to review technical designs, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure the highest level of performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain C++ software to connect financial institutions using protocols (FIX, REST, WebSockets, etc.)
- Review API specifications and technical designs to identify issues and estimate work effort
- Perform testing during US and European market hours
- Collaborate with the QA team to resolve production issues
- Follow best development practices and guidelines
Required Skills:
- 4-10 years of C++ development experience
- Strong background in API integration and financial services mandatory
- Expertise in multi-threaded C++ coding and debugging
- Experience with Git version control
- Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
