My client is an established leading Wealth Management firm that is looking for an additional Middle Office employee to continue the successful growth and expansion of the firm across the German wealth management client base.
Requirements:
3+ years relevant experience
within a wealth management/private banking organisation ideallyStrong understanding of financial markets and regulatory trends
- Ease of handling KYC, client documentation
- Motivated character and eager to develop further within Private Banking
Responsibilities:
- Creation, control and monitoring of all contract documents (Capitell and custodian banks) for correctness and completeness
- Monitoring and maintenance of transactions and portfolio holdings in the reporting system, data comparison, clarification of differences and automated data import
- Securities order processing and control
- Coordination, creation and dispatch of customer reports
- Support with all relevant activities related to invoicing
