Responsibilities:
- Originates, owns, leads and executes deals
- Builds and maintains relationship with new and existing clients
- Overseeing presentations for clients/investors, financial modelling, call reports, credit, and coordination of the implementation with Legal, Operations, as well as briefings for management/Board
- Leads, negotiates and executes independently transactions covering all capabilities of the Company
- Leads client, supplier and investor meetings, reviewing and directing call reports
Skills and Abilities:
- Working experience in Multinational Corporation(s)
- Proven ability to originate, lead, structure and execute complex transactions
- Has a solid knowledge of the legal and accounting aspects of transactions
- Able to work independently with broad guidance from senior leadership
- Strong people leadership capabilities, with proven experience of leading a team
- Experienced in building and strengthening relationships with internal and external strategic stakeholders
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible, adaptable and able to deal with ambiguity
- Thrives in a collaborative team-working environment
