The Vice President for Investment Banking will be responsible for:
- The structure and execution of transactions
- Preparing valuations, merger and acquisition analysis, and drafting sessions for public offerings
- Creating and maintaining relationships with clients
The Vice President for Investment Banking should have these qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree
- 3-5 years Investment Banking experience
- Relevant Merger and Acquisition experience
